Stella Bonfanti Fire Disaster

Donation protected
My name is Stella Bonfanti.  I have been a school teacher all my life and retired from the teaching field five years ago.  One year after my retirement from teaching, I was diagnosed with colon cancer.  I underwent immediate emergency colon surgery followed by radiation and chemo therapy.

On November 28th 2018 at 2:00 a.m. my house caught fire.  I was not home at the time.  According to the fire department, the fire started in the garage and extended to the entire house.  My son was sleeping in his room and never woke up during the fire.  My son passed away due to smoke inhalation from the fire.  His dog died next to him, also from smoke inhalation.  The house rapidly caught fire from the garage to the house.  My neighbors called the fire department.  They broke windows to rescue my son but it was too late.  He died at the hospital.  Because of this severe tragedy in my life, I was left without a home, clothes, and personal belongings, but most of all I lost a very important person in my life, my son.  At the time of the fire, I had no insurance.  At this time I'm asking for donations to assist in rebuilding my house and my life.  Any amount of donation, small or large, will greatly be appreciated.  God bless.
