Stella's stroke

Hello,

As some of you know, Stella suffered a stroke 3 weeks ago, and hasn't been able to work. She had an MRI, and that night at 11 p.m. was awakened by her doctor and told to go to the emergency room immediately. Her doctor said that the MRI showed a hematoma and a brain bleed.

We rushed to the ER and they decided to transfer her, by ambulance, to the IMC in Murray. They needed her to be admitted to the Neuro ICU, because she had suffered a stroke, and had an active brain bleed. Thank goodness it wasn't a debilitating stroke, but it was a stroke nonetheless. She is still experiencing confusion, fatigue, and her memory isn't great, but we're staying positive.

At this time, we still have no answers as to why this happened, but we're hoping it gets better as time goes on. It's definitely been a scary time.

Unfortunately, during this time, she hasn't been able to work and my salary isn't enough to take care of both us or our bills.

We both hate asking for help, but sometimes you have to, and that's what we're doing now. Do not feel like you have to, but if you can we'd appreciate it so much. Thank you!!
