On the evening of Tuesday, March 25th, Kasey Stelzer, a valued member of Alliance Health Systems, and her husband Hans experienced a devastating tragedy. After dinner, Kasey noticed the smell of smoke while cleaning up. Within moments, their home was completely engulfed in flames. Thankfully, they were able to escape safely with their 4-year-old son and their precious bulldog, but they lost everything—their home, their belongings, and the cherished memories they had built together.

To support Kasey, Hans, and their family during this unimaginable time, Alliance Orthopedics has launched a GoFundMe campaign to help alleviate some of the financial burden they now face.

Alliance Orthopedics will be matching donations up to $20,000.
