Stem cell help with Osteoarthritis

I have been working in the Law enforcement community for 21 years. As a result of my employment and all the physical risks that come with the job I have had my share of broken parts.  As of today I have spreading and serious osteoarthritis in my neck, both shoulders and most notably in both my knees and hips. The pain often wakes me from a dead sleep. I still have to work due to financial issues and being able to have insurance but I can’t go on much longer. It increasingly becomes less safe for me with my lack of mobility. I am now still dealing with the same threats and physical confrontations that come with the job.  I would just like to walk without the pain I deal with everyday.  It’s getting worse by the day. I likely would need both knees and at least one hip if not both replaced if I were to deal with it in the normal surgical sense, and there is no guarantee of success let alone the risks of having that many surgeries just to be able to be mobile without pain.

The recommended treatment is stem cell treatment and injections which insurance doesn’t pay for.
After much research I have concluded that the treatment in Panama is the most effective and long lasting. It is expensive but I believe but less expensive than even one knee replacement. The evidence supports that. 
I was hoping to go in late August or early September or whenever I can get the money. This would be an answer to prayer for me.  I would be forever grateful for anyone who would want to be part of this healing and recovery.  Every $15 helps as it adds up. Thank you
