Stem Cells Transplant For Dawid
Donation protected
Hello! My name is Donna Sliwka. This is not about me.
I'm starting this GoFundMe campaign for a sweet little five-year-old boy named Dawid Kotarski.
His life started very scary for his parents and family. Dawid and his twin brother Bartosz were born premature at 31 weeks via emergency C-Section. Both weighing 3 pounds each.
Dawid suffered a stroke 48 hours after birth, he was deprived of an adequate supply of oxygen, and later diagnosed with Cerlebral Palsy. The boys stole the hearts of the hospital staff where they spent approximately 6 weeks before they went home with parents
Anna and Janusz Kotarski.
Although Bartosz spent more time in the incubator, he was stronger and healthier. Dawid's journey has been full of many ups and downs, but he always has a smile on his face.
After countless hours of Dr. appointments and therapy, Dawid always does his best and talks of his legs getting better, so he can walk and play with his brother. The boys are now attending kindergarten at school in Plainville as Dawid utilizes his customized wheelchair as his main means of mobility. He cannot walk, crawl, or stand. Dawid's arms and legs are spastic. He already had 2 surgeries on his hips and legs. Dawid and his parents are humbly asking for donations because he is a candidate for Stem Cell Treatments. The Doctors think this can help him to be much more functional and independent.
Unfortunately this therapy is very expensive and must be paid out of pocket. Dawid and his mom would travel to the Stem Cell Therapy Institute in San Clemente, CA

You can help Dawid by donating to his cause and keeping him in your prayers.
Any size donations would help pay the procedure and cost associated with the travels. Every little bit adds up.
We thank you ahead of time for your donations and prayers.
We will keep you updated on his progress.
Imagine that day when he can stand on his own, walk, or run outside with his brother and maybe join him on the trampoline with all of their friends!!!
