Stenstrom Family Support Fund

As many of you have heard, Dawn was recently diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia, which is a bone marrow failure. Her lab results indicate that she will need a bone marrow transplant sooner rather than later. The transplant will take place down at Mayo Rochester and will require chemotherapy prior, as well as a 3-4 month stay in Rochester after due to the critical nature of a bone marrow recipient. At this time, they are still waiting for test results and hoping that one of Dawn's siblings is a match to be her donor. However, her labs have continued to worsen, so they are hoping for answers very soon. It is likely Dawn's transplant will happen within the next month or two, but could be sooner.

Needless to say, the Stenstrom family is facing a tough year ahead, and I want to try and help ease the burden in any way I can. With the travel back and forth to Rochester and the extended stay there after, which will affect both Dawn and Jay's ability to work, I'm hoping to ease the financial burden a little so that they can put all their focus on Dawn's treatment and recovery.
