COVID-19 Guest Emergency Shelter

For over 20 years St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Sacramento has welcomed and provided shelter for homeless folks in the community.  Due to current circumstances, the Parish is unable to allow these folks in - as a result they now face uncertainty and fear in terms of where to find shelter and a safe place to stay.  Many of the guests have been staying at St. Francis for years so this is very scary for all of them. We are creating this GoFundMe to raise money to provide safe housing for our homeless guests - most likely in the form of hotel rooms. We’re all experiencing difficult times, and this is especially true now for the homeless more so than ever.  They need our help, prayers, and assistance!  Thanks in advance for your kindness, prayers, and contributions!
