Step Up With Us!

Run entirely by our committee of volunteers, we are a Junior Social & Adult Competitive Selby-based netball club, focusing on skill development through structured training & coaching sessions for all ages and abilities, supported by competitive match play.

Due to continued growth and expansion in the local area, Selby Netball is now an affiliated club and part of Engage England Netball. Training every week, we have tailored sessions to suit all; juniors, social, and adult competitive play, and we are very excited for yet another year of netball!

Our club is focused on creating a fun and safe space for girls and women of all ages, creating friendships and offering support through sport. After successful tryouts which took place in June this year, we are excited to announce that we now have 6 adult teams confirmed for 2024-2025 season, as well as entering teams into a social league celebrating the growth of Selby Netball Club, and continuing our junior netball sessions. As a result, we are now fundraising! As a self funded club, every penny really does count. This year we are fundraising so we can secure better training times and locations offering more flexibility to bring the local community together, along with additional match & training equipment for both juniors and adults.

Selby Netball is participating in 'Step Up!' where the club will be walking our District! This will take place Saturday 14th September, Selby - York so if you are local, keep your eyes pealed for our bright pink club tops!
