Stephanie Cole: Medical Emergency Support
Stephanie suffered a serious medical emergency on Monday, April 26th. She was immediately taken to the emergency room at Margaret Mary Health in Batesville, Indiana where they discovered she has unknowingly been living with diabetes for quite some time. She was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, Pancreatitis, Double Pneumonia, and has Acute Kidney Damage. Upon learning the seriousness of her condition, Stephanie was transferred to Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio where she was immediately admitted into ICU. Her blood sugar was over 1,000, her pulse was 130, and her blood pressure was extremely low heightening the medical emergency she was suffering. Stephanie is continuing to battle back from these serious conditions and remains in ICU to this day. My family and I want to help ease any extra stress that her accumulated medical bills will cause on her life , and appreciate any generosity anyone is able to provide. Please continue to keep Stephanie in your thoughts and prayers as she continues her fight. We will provide any updates when they become available, but from what we’ve been told, this is going to be a process and they are unsure what the ultimate outcome will be.
*Due to Covid policies at the hospital, she is only allowed one visitor per day, which is being reserved for her immediate family.
*While we appreciate all thoughts and well wishes, we ask that you do not reach out to Stephanie at this time as she is severely weak and sedated. She currently does not have her cell phone because she’s sedated and resting. Feel free to reach out to a family member if need be.
Sincerely,
The Cole Family
