Stephanie Dietz

This is for my best friend and sister, Stephanie Dietz. Despite being only 32 years old, she had been battling many health issues, including diabetes and kidney failure. She was receiving dialysis treatment about 3-4 times a week and was constantly in and out of the hospital. Last night, while she was in the hospital, a blood clot from her arm transferred to her heart and sent her into cardiac arrest. We, unfortunately, lost her. My very best friend is gone and my mother lost the beautiful woman who was her first child. As we all know funeral costs are expensive and her passing was unexpected.
