Stephanie Livingston's Celebration of Life
Donation protected
As a lot of you know, Steph Livingston was a one-of-a-kind woman.
My mother battled a blood clotting disorder for many years. This past week my mom was in the hospital at Presbyterian St. Luke's for six days due to internal bleeding, a pulmonary embolism, and deep veil thrombosis. Through testing, 5 blood transfusions, ultrasounds, and surgery, she was released Sunday the 31st of December after a successful surgery to remove the clot.
The following 2-3 days after, my mom started to have a bad cough, trouble breathing, and typical respiratory flu symptoms...Unfortunately Wednesday January 3rd, 2024 she was found by her beloved partner Gary Martinez unresponsive in bed around 5:30pm.
As of right now, we have her resting at Olinger Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery - Highland and may plan services at this mortuary as well. I will post more official information once we meet with the funeral director but we are looking at January 20th, 2024 potentially for her service.
We all thought that with her discharge, successful surgery, and getting her home that things were going to get better for her. We did not pre-arrange anything for this scenario so any donations would be appreciated. This will help cover her cremation cost, services, flowers, catering, etc.
Please contact me if any of you would like to send flowers, have questions or concerns, or simply would like updates on this process.
Thank you to each one of you who were friends with my mother. Thank you for loving her. She was a brilliant woman with a heart like gold. I hear her contagious laugh when I close my eyes. Please send any pictures you may have as well!
