Emergency Medical Fund for Stephen Johnson

My brother, Stephen Johnson, experienced a medical emergency where is organs were infected and began to fail November 13th.  He had to be rushed to the closest hospital which was in Mexico. He is in Dire need of additional medical assistance. The hospital is now holding him captive for $14,261 with no further medical treatment. They will not release him until they receive funds.
