Stephen R. Terwilliger Memorial Fund

Hello. My name is Violet Terwilliger, and on November 29th, 2023, I lost my father, Stephen Terwilliger, to complications as a result of end-stage liver disease. He was only 55 years old when he passed. His death was unexpected and the heartbreak it has caused to me and my family has been indescribable. Even though his condition was continuing to worsen, my father was always in good spirits and was determined to return to health to the very end.

Stephen was someone who would always find a way to make everyone laugh, even in the darkest of circumstances. He was the type of person who sung while cooking dinner, danced (badly) just to amuse others, and spoke out whenever he felt that something was unjust or wrong. Stephen lived his life in exactly the way he wanted to with no apologies.

As his first-born daughter, him and I have always been inseparable. My father has been my number one cheerleader for my entire life, and as I now have to learn to navigate this world without him by my side, I am now reaching out for help, as much as I wish I did not have to. Due to his health declining, Stephen was in between jobs when he passed. In addition, since his condition rapidly declined over the course of 24 hours, funds for a proper funeral were not something he had secured.

All me and my family could ask for is some additional financial support in order to cover the costs of his funeral and burial, and no more than that. My family and I would like to sincerely thank anyone who chooses to donate, as every little bit helps.
