Sterling Record Store

Hi, We're Ray and Gary, and we're very excited to announce that we're opening a brand new record store in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY. We're trying to raise money for construction and inventory. Please donate if you can.

Here's a little bit about us:

Sterling Record Store is envisioned as a haven for music enthusiasts, dedicated to offering an extensive collection of vinyl records, books, t-shirts, turntables, cd's, music accessories, and a curated selection of music memorabilia. Our mission is to revive the essence of music appreciation through the experience of vinyl, catering to both avid collectors and newcomers alike. For those of you who are in Park Slope, think a cross between Annie's Blue Ribbon and Beacon's Closet but all about music.

Products and Services:

A diverse inventory of new and used vinyl records spanning various genres and eras.

High-quality turntables, audio equipment, and accessories for enthusiasts.

Exclusive music-related merchandise and collectibles.

Books - We intend to have a large array of music books ranging from coffee table books to coloring books and everything in between. From brand new to second hand and hard to find gems.

Coffee - We hope to have a small coffee shop that will also serve a small selection of pastries. As well as our own brand of coffee.

Clothing - We will sell a large array of music related t-shirts that will mirror the store's image.

Merchandise - We will have our own brand of merch, including tote bags, t-shirts, mugs etc.

In-store events, including a partnership with Maker Park Radio, a non-profit radio station out of Staten Island, who will allow streaming shows from Sterling Records, live music performances, and artist showcases.

Discogs store and heavy online presence.

Target Market:

Music aficionados seeking the nostalgia and authenticity of vinyl.

Younger generations exploring the physical music formats, unique clothing and books.

Collectors looking for rare and exclusive editions.

All ages looking for a wide range of band t-shirts, books and gifts.
