Steve Banke prosthetic foot fund

We don't ever ask for help but this is for a build a Steve Banke prosthetic foot fund. If you don't know he had his foot amputated as a emergency and we are asking for help to get a prosthetic for him as his insurance will only pay for part of it and he doesn't have Medicaid to cover the out of pocket.
