Steve & Cathy Bolinger Recovery

Steve and Cathy Bolinger are two of the most giving and positive people in their community. It’s time to show them out love and support as they undergo one of the most challenging moments in their life.

Steve and Cathy were in a horrible car wreck on August 6th from no fault of their own. A driver veered into their lane and hit them in a head on collision. Steve was paralyzed at the scene and Cathy suffered a broken nose and bruised up body.

Steve was determined to have a spinal cord injury and a broken neck. He is working hard to regain his abilities and we’re determined his arms and hands will begin to cooperate with him. He is facing a new life in rehabilitation and recovery for some time.

Cathy underwent nose surgery and continues to struggle with sore knees. Her journey of healing is also long and will require time and effort.

Along with the physical injuries, they face mental and emotional struggle with the aftermath and adjusting to a different life. We’re hopeful and believing for a full recovery but that doesn’t change the trauma.
