Steve Is Back...in Competition 2023!

I am planning to participate and compete in the NPC Mid-American Winter Classic on Friday, December 1, 2023, at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, in Normal, Illinois. My goal is to raise about $10, 000. These funds will go towards the room and board for the weekend competition, supplements, training, and preparation. Right now, I am in training mode, keeping myself focused on this competition.

As a personal training coach for over 20 years, competition has been such a passion since 2008. Passionate enough that it has gotten contagious to my dear clients who I believe in their achievements and accomplishments training!

A few months ago, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's. Knowing about this disease has increased my motivation to push past any hurdles, especially in this upcoming competition! This disease is not necessarily an inability. As my motto goes: "Take what the body gives You and be Your Boss!"
