In Memory of Steve Christensen

Steve Christensen, one of Lester Glenn Auto Group's longest tenured employees, passed away on Tuesday, August 18th after a long battle with bone cancer. Steve worked in our Hyundai Parts Department for almost a quarter of a century. We will always remember Steve for his sense of humor, his dedication to his work as well as his family, and above all how truly great of a person he was. 

Steve will always be a part of the Lester Glenn Family as his imprint on Lester Glenn and on all the lives of those who were privileged to have known him will be forever remembered. 

In honor of Steve's memory, the Lester Glenn Family is hosting this fundraiser to help the Christensen Family with final arrangements. 

Stephen's son, Stephen, Jr., has written the passage below in memory of his father:


To say that my father is a fighter would be an understatement. At the beginning of all of this he made me a promise that he wouldn't give up, he would fight until he couldn't any longer. He never broke that promise. He is undoubtedly the strongest human I've ever known. The nicest person anyone could ever hope to meet. He's always been the kind of person to put everyone before himself. I can't remember a time where he hasn't gone above and beyond just to help me out or make me happy. He's a phenomenal man and an even better father. He's always put my sister and myself before his own happiness.


All donations will go directly to the Christensen Family to assist with final arrangements.
