Steven Carroll

I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Roxanne Rusconi, Steven’s mother and The Ochoa Family. All donations will be given to them to provide relief for the costs of the memorial and celebration of life to honor Steven. The family thanks you all for reaching out and asking for ways in which you can help and honor Steven. Your generosity and condolences mean so much to them during this difficult time.

Steven Carroll and his best friend Bailey passed away on December 11th, 2022. Their friendship was unlike any other and the two of them will be missed beyond words. Steven will be remembered for his charismatic, charming attitude and his love for all life has to offer. He never missed an opportunity to travel to new places, meet new people, and make a positive impact on those he knew. In the words of his mother, Steven was the most beautiful and loving person you could meet. He wore his heart on his sleeve. He wanted to make a difference in the world, and he truly did in the lives that he touched.

Steven was a proud member of Stanislaus State's Kappa Sigma Fraternity. The Omicron-Omega chapter mourns the loss of a cherished brother who brought so much light to their chapter and individual lives.

Steven will be missed and live on forever in our hearts. To know him is to love him.
