**Celebration of Life for Steve Nicholl aka Buddha”

Dear friends and family,

We are reaching out to you today to share the story of a remarkable man, Steven William Nicholl, who left an indelible mark on all our lives. Steve was just 56 years old and he was truly the life of the party—always uplifting others with his infectious smile and generous spirit. He dedicated his life to helping everyone around him, making sure that no one ever felt alone in their struggles. Steve loved and adored his wife and mom, and cherished his family and friends with every fibre of his being, giving them all the love and care he possessed.

Steve bravely battled polycystic liver disease and polycystic kidney disease for many years. After patiently waiting and a few “dry runs” for a liver transplant, he finally received the news he had been longing for. His hopes soared, and he felt a renewed sense of optimism about the future. Unfortunately, despite this bright moment, there were complications post surgery, and on April 6, 2025, we tragically lost him.

Steve’s journey was filled with challenges, and due to his condition, he was unable to work, placing a considerable financial pressure on his every day life. In honour of his memory, we are asking for donations to support his family with the costs associated with Steve’s unexpected passing, his celebration of life and cremation. Your contributions will not only help ease this financial strain but also allow us to celebrate the incredible person that Steve was in a way he truly deserves.
