Steven Batchelor Memorial Fund

On Sunday, July 10,2016 Heaven gained an Angel. Steven Batchelor  was a devoted single Father of a beautiful teenage daughter, a loving Son to his parents, Kris and Craig Batchelor and a little Brother to a sister he admired, Meghan.  He not only leaves behind a doting family who is still trying to wrap their heads around this great void that is now apart of their everyday life, he also leaves behind many friends who will forever be changed by the sudden loss of him.

Becoming a young Father never deterred Steven of succeeding all his hopes in dreams, including raising his baby girl to be a stong and amazing person with a heart as big as his own. Steven left this world doing what he loved to do on his prized possession, his Suzuki R GSX following an accident while on a joy ride with friends. Being an experienced rider, safety was his number one priority and he never would take a ride without all the proper gear that would allow him to come home each day to the love of his life, his daughter; Kayla.

During this time of unimaginable loss, his Mother and Father are staying strong in order to be there to finish the job Steven started at the innocent age of 15, and that is to raise his baby girl. Being he was just shy of his 31st Birthday a life insurance policy was not in the immediate plans for this once rambunctious, loyal, caring and loving young man. Therefore leaves behind his grieving parents, daughter, family and friends  bearing the weight of a costly burial and memorial.

I am setting up this GoFundMe account for anyone who can help during this time of unspeakable tragedy. All funds will go towards Memorial Agrrangments for Steven as well as the future expenses in order for Kayla to thrive in the years to come.

Mr. and Mrs. Batchelor and Family would never ask for the help that is needed in such a time of unexpected loss, that of burying a child. Therefore, I am asking for any support you are able to give in order for the Memory of our beloved Steven to be one of joy and not financial burden.

There is no greater pain then the loss of a child. We know we will see you again soon. So until then, we love you Steven Craig Batchelor. Forever in our hearts, until we meet again...

Love,
All of your Family and Friends. Kayla, Mom, Dad and Meagan
