Fundraiser for Steven Buck

Steven was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called NUT midline carcinoma. In the last few weeks he has not only learned of his disease, but also lost his left lung, and undergone a dangerous surgery to keep his right main bronchioli airway open.

The cancer is aggressive but UCLA started chemotherapy right away and we are all hoping and praying the tumor responds to the chemo treatments.

He has been such an inspiration to all his friends and family. His response to all of us, "my life is in God's hands". He has taught all of us that we are not in control and there is little we can do besides pray and be there to support him through this difficult time.

Friends and family have asked what they can do to help and recommended that we start this "Go Fund Me" page. So, in an effort to keep him and his girlfriend Brooke stress free (at least financially) the family has started this page for him. Luckily, a majority of his medical bills will be covered by insurance but there will be additional costs, and like most 29 year olds he did not save for a medical emergency like this.
Money will go towards any medical expenses, alternative medicines, lost wages, rent, and bills he will be unable to pay due to his disease.
