Kidney Transplant Aftercare Help!

43 year old father of two and grandfather of one, Steven Steller has spent the last three years driving from Berlin, NH to Lancaster, NH three days per week for four hour dialysis treatments. Even with those treatments, he was given a death sentence. Steven is severely diabetic and needs a new kidney to survive. His doctors are at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, a 100 mile trip each way. Because of multiple diabetes complications, Steven lives on a fixed income and doesn't have the financial means to pay for travel to and from all of these medically necessary treatments. If all of our friends and family gave just $5 each we can make sure that he doesn't miss an appointment for lack of gas money and his 14 year old daughter will get her wish... To have her Dad in the auditorium at her Graduation in seven years.
UPDATE! After 34 months of dialysis Steven is getting a new kidney on December 21, 2015. He will be hospitalized for a time and then will need to make multiple trips to Dartmouth for aftercare. We've awakened this GoFundMe page to help with that travel expense as well as an aftercare medication not covered by insurance necessary for his health.
