Still struggling and in need of help

8/28/2024: After the eviction (which I won) I found a place to stay temporarily. The good news is school starts soon so maybe I can get some assignments. The bad news is I still need help apparently. There is a fee with this service so I also have CashApp which costs nothing if I wait a couple days to transfer. That tag is $authorfox. But people tend to feel more comfortable here. I'm hoping to be fully back on my feet by the end of the year, hopefully November as that was my initial target month. I also found a person who's very generous that has offered their car, but I would need to get a way out to Washington state to do so.

6/11/2024: After losing out on some assignments I became lax in rent and am in need of help again. I am being evicted after asking them to work with me and even worse it's summer now so there's no schools to work at. I am still working on my book but I can't rely on that income, although I hope it does well. My goal amount is set higher just in case, ideally I'd prefer to get an apartment rather than stay at the motel but either is fine.

Hello, my name is Kieran and after a tough divorce I was doing property management for rent. The property owner was shady and in the end screwed me over leaving me homeless. I used funds I had earned from substitute teaching to get a motel but that ran out quick. I've been blessed with friends who have helped up to this point. I have two furbabies (cats) who are seniors and a vehicle that barely runs and has no air. I've tried to help animals my whole life and was a vet-tech and have helped rehab wildlife.

UPDATE: I have been fortunate to have funding at the motel for certain months. I've been hired with the school district here but it's pending all the final checks. I sold my car for a month of rent at the motel because my car had broken down and I couldn't fix it. I know I'll make it out of all this but I really need help doing it right now. My teaching license came through and I'm hoping to hear back from the school district soon.
