Stodard Family Plane Crash Recovery

On Tuesday, March 12th, Angel and Mike Stodard and their three-year-old grandson were in a near-fatal plane crash just outside St. Louis, MO. Their grandson walked away with minor bruising thanks to his car seat, while Angel and Mike suffered multiple injuries that have left them both facing extensive rehabilitation and care.
After numerous abdominal and spinal surgeries for Angel and bone fracture surgeries and repairs for Mike, the two have a long road ahead of both physical and emotional healing. All three of these family members will need specialized trauma counseling and care, and Angel and Mike will continue to need round-the-clock care beyond physical rehabilitation.
