Stop a Karen

Update 1/4/2024: I am sorry. 2023 has been an emotional time for me and I wish it was better. Thanks to everyone who cared.

Do not donate if you don't have money to burn. Definitely do not donate if you work more than one job to pay the bills.

Update: I would rather try to defend myself in court and end up losing than be called a scammer. The target donation amount has been reduced to a symbolic $42 now. And that has been donated to "To Write Love On Her Arms" as part of my birthday fundraiser on Facebook.

Update: I was able to move into an apartment two days before the court date and that case was dismissed as a result. Unless I get sued again for some reason, I will use the donations to pay for the bills and put my life together. I’m also looking for a job but who isn’t? These are the weirdest years I’ve witnessed in my life and I wish everyone the best when it comes to dealing with the fallout of the dumpster fire that life is right now. Even the person I called Karen was probably losing it because she didn’t know what else to do and it’s just too much. Nobody trusts anyone, we’re increasingly more alone and it takes less to hurt us but it’s raining down on us anyway. I’m sorry for being rude, I did so because I was offended but it still feels bad afterwards.
