Pitbulls vs. Airlines Service Animal Breed Ban

Donation protected
We must stop airlines from banning pitbull type dogs as service animals and emotional support animals. First it was Delta Airlines, and now it is Allegiant Airlines, who is next?

The DOJ (Department of Justice) and ACAA (Airlines Carrier Access Act) are against these new policies. The problem we are having is that taking them to court is like David vs. Goliath, it takes money to fight them in court. They have millions and I don't.

The Department of Transportation also cast doubt on the legality of the policy on ....., saying in a statement that “a limitation based exclusively on breed of the service animal is not allowed under the Department’s Air Carrier Access Act regulation.”

I am personally asking for your help in fighting this cause against new airline policies. We have obtained a federal attorney who is willing to help, but he needs to to be compensated for his expenses, court & filling fees and travel expenses of witnesses.  We must stop this now before other airlines follow this suite. Don't let these multi-billion dollar companies get away with this hysteria. They are taking advantage of those in need and know full well that those impacted cannot afford a fight

"[Any company] ....to ban pit bull type service animals or emotional support animals does not achieve its stated public safety aim and spreads false and possible life-threatening stereotypes.  Every dog is unique, even dogs within the same breed, and their behavior is influenced by many factors, including socialization, developmental experiences, training, environment, and genetics.  In face, pit bull type dogs have long been popular family pets, noted for their affection and loyalty.  [Any company].. should resist unwarranted breed prejudice and rescind its breed ban." - Matt Bershadker of ASPCA.

What's next? Banning pitbull service animals and emotional support animals in hotels, stores or restaurants? Let's help the people who need help with their disabilities so they will not be bound from traveling because of these new policies. People with disabilities have the same rights to travel, just alike anyone else.

We will be posting all of our court relating filings and legal documents on this page as well as social media outlets to keep everyone updated.
