The Stop ICE Raids Mobile Alert System allows individuals to send and receive instant alerts about nearby ICE raids and activity whenever and wherever they occur , anywhere in the US.
Individuals can report ICE activity with photos and video from their mobile device with a push of a button at https://www.StopICE.net , immediately dispatching alerts to thousands in their area. Individuals can also report ICE activity by texting REPORT to the automated alert system at [phone redacted], or start receiving alerts in their area by texting JOIN to [phone redacted].
The system works with technology already built into every phone without requiring a mobile app to minimize data points and eliminate vectors used by third parties for user tracking so users can remain anonymous.
Donald Trump has just signed new executive orders expanding immigration detention capacity providing the DHS and Customs and Border Protection additional resources for mass deportation by expanding the number of people who will be the target of raids, arrests, surveillance, detention and deportation. US immigration authorities will be able to raid and arrest migrants at schools, churches and hospitals as the Trump administration just overturned policies banning immigration enforcement from these sensitive areas.
Trump's new executive orders have threatened ICE raids on sanctuary cities and he has even threatened to deploy the military for mass deportation. His fabricated National Emergency Declaration and directives to various branches of the military are designed to increase cash flow to immigration enforcement with the already billion dollar budget for ICE and Customs and Border Protection. The result is more agents, surveillance, detention and physical barriers that put peoples lives, families and community in jeopardy while he conflates immigration with national security and terrorism.
The purpose of the Stop ICE Raids Alert System is to provide critical notification resources enabling community preparedness and response to support those in need and to directly challenge these unjust and ruthless policies whenever and wherever they occur.

For security reasons, instead of having to download a mobile app, the Stop ICE Raids Alert System is designed to work with technology already built into your mobile device with simple text messaging, or by a responsive web interface accessible with any smart phone, tablet or computer.
Funding is desperately needed to acquire and maintain resources in several areas, but these are the most critical:
- Dedicated bare-metal server hardware (these are servers built from the ground up verses being pre-loaded with unwanted applications)
- Telecom system resources and hardware components capable of meeting scalable demand
- Secure colocated sites for back-end data processing and encryption
