Stop Mike Noel's Taxpayer Funded Stalking Vendetta

Please stand up for the fundamental rights of speech, justice, and equality of outsiders living in small town Utah. Stand against corruption and oppression by a powerful cabal of local insiders abusing the laws intended to shield real victims from abuse NOT to abuse the legal system to punish perceived political enemies for participating in the public process.  Say no to malfeasance, self serving agendas, and mob like tactics in the name of public service.

Consider donating to my legal fund to fight on appeal Mike Noel, former Utah legislator, and his ridiculous stalking injunction against me for speaking out against his family/government conflicted get rich scheme, the now defunct Southern Red Sands Frac sand mine. The mine threatened our tourism economy, 13000 acres of beautiful Sand Dunes and our water supply in Kanab, Utah. I became the focus of Mr, Noel's ire against anyone who dared speak against the mine after laughing at him and getting in line behind him for public comment at the city Council meeting on July 9, 2019. Yes that's all I did. He actually harassed me, got in my face, uttered fighting words, and then filed a baseless stalking injunction against ME a few days later! He lied on the stand and in his statements to bias the judge and has used taxpayer dollars for all his legal fees in pursuing this vendetta, by charging it to the Kane County Water Conservation District where he is the director, while I have racked up nearly 17k in expenses. Talk about an unfair playing field. This is David vs Goliath. The stalking injunction is complete nonsense based only on his lies and manipulation.  He is claiming it was within his duties as a public servant to commit these legal atrocities. You and I and everyone in Kane County is funding this, and I'm pretty sure they receive funding from the state as well.

I had an extremely unfair first hearing where the videos of the truth were thrown out, witness testimony discounted, and Noel's perjury on the one video shown ignored by the judge. The ruling was a logical contortion act and based only on Noel's uncorroborated, compromised word from start to finish. It kills me to submit and let him harm my family and run us out of town, and it kills me the thought of dragging my families future down with legal debt. It also is not in my nature to ask for help, but this case is too important. This case isn't even about stalking. Any human with a brain and the facts can see that is a farce. This is about whether outsiders have rights to free speech, and equal protection under the law. Some of you know how corrupt and discriminitory this town and it's leaders are. Now is your chance to do something about it.  Something has to be done in this town to hold these people accountable.
