San Leon MUD to Fight Clean Harbors

The community and environment of San Leon and the surrounding waterways are in jeapardy!  Clean Harbors Environmental is trying to receive a permit to dispose of hundred of thousands of gallons of "potentially toxic" water into our bayou, which is already in poor shape.
THIS IS URGENT!  There are several local residents/businesses trying to stop this permit with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

The San Leon MUD has paid a large sum of money to a law firm that has collected info and is helping us fight this large corporation, but they have increased their attorney presence, as well.
We are pleading with anyone in the Galveston Bay area; whether you are a resident, local business, or someone that benefits from our wonderful community or its bayous, to HELP!
Any amount of donation will help.  All donations will go directly to help the fight to stop this company from receiving this permit.  
The hearing to STOP Clean Harbors is Wednessday, February 1st.  It is all moving VERY quickly and this is why we are reaching out to you!
