Stop BOLD Cold is a joint community initiative focused on stopping the Stillwater, ISD 834 proposal to close Marine, Withrow and Oak Park Elementary Schools.

Our mission is to:

Keep open these high performing elementary schools. These are some of our highest performing Elementary schools in the district and in the state.

Organize community action

Convince the school board to vote "NO" on
February 11, 2016

Colloborate with administration to develop a new and alternative plan, which they did not provide

Funds are needed asap to cover costs of spreading the message of what this initiative will mean to all of Stillwater shool district, surrounding cities, home values, etc., and to support potential legal avenues if the Board decides to proceed with this plan.

Many of us in these communities choose to live here so our children can thrive and attend schools that differential learning base on each students ability. It is critical to our children's long term success that we do not try to teach our children 'equally' as each child has different learning strengths and opportunities.
