Storm Irma help for my mother

Well to start with I'm never one to want hand outs or free money. But in this case my mom needs help. She's always helped me so I'm trying to return the favor and help her. Due to storm Irma and the city not turning pumps on my mothers house flooded along with her car and my car. Her home owners insurance told her she wasn't in a flood zone so they didn't give her flood insurance and now when she reached out to them they said oh sorry call FEMA. All FEMA could tell us was oh your on a list. The floors furniture and other items were damaged and not salvageable and now she's left with nothing. As well as her car and my car took on a decent amount of water. As of today the insurance has totaled out her car which was her pride and joy if you knew her. I'm only making this because my mom needs help and I want to help her as much as I can. Please anything helps right now. Thank you
