Stranded. Need water pump and thermostat

Greetings family and friends.

I've never done one of these for myself.

It's been a rough week for sure with being in hospital with spider bite turned cellulitis and became sepsis. Then 3 days ago my water pump and thermostat went out causing my belt to fly off. I have someone who can do the labor. I just need help with the parts.
