StratfordHills & Forrestbrooke Entrance Repair

Dear Neighbors,

We set this site up from the StratfordHills & Forrestbrooke HOA to raise funds for the front entrance repair from the non-HOA members in the neighborhood. We got a quote for $6500.- to repair the entrance. We have a total of 237 homes in the neighborhood, which means if every house were to contribute $27.43, we will have enough money to repair the entrance.

The HOA portion of the neighborhood covers 104 houses, for which we will cover their portion out of HOA funds. So the HOA will pay $2852.72 towards the repair, leaving $3647.28. Since GoFundMe charges some fees, we will need to raise roughly $3800.

Based on past experiences, I am not sure we can count on every single household to donate, so the households that donate might have to donate more than $30 to cover the shortfall.

As soon as the money is available, we will order the front entrance repair.
