Stray pit bull from the creek attacked my dog

I was walking my two Chihuahuas and one of them was attacked by a stray pitbull coming from coyote Creek. I use a wheelchair and it was tough to defend against that huge dog all I could do is watch is that massive dog bite up my little guy.  We took him to the emergency vet and his elbow was dislocated he had to reattach his eyeball he has many puncture wounds. He’s lucky to be alive. The bill is going to be over $6000. This is a huge blow to us. we love our little guy and will do anything for him. If anybody has anything they can donate it would be hugely helpful for us as we did not expect this. Thank you everyone
