Helping StreetChildren in Colombia

Hello everybody,
I was very excited when I learned more about the work of the registered charity Geronlus, which is currently organizing a Fame reunion concert in Italy. The actors from the former TV series Fame and the famous movie are supporting Geronlus for the second time around and I have to say that I share their enthusiasm and decided to get involved myself.
Geronlus provides housing, food and education to 45 former street children in Colombia, which prevents them from street gang crimes, drugs and prostitution.
My daughter Isabela is half Colombian herself and I do feel so passionate about this project because Geronlus actually gives those abandoned kids a home in a poverty stricken area Colombias and makes a real difference to their life.
I am currently organizing an event in New York City on the 20th of October and everybody who makes a donation for this good cause will have a chance to win one of the 10 gift bags at the party. 
Colombia gave me a beautiful child and now I look forward to give something back to that country and thank you all for your support.
