Strength for Sachin

IronMantu (Sachin, Chachu) has been our family's warrior since the day he was born with Fanconi's Anemia. At just the young age of 10, he overcame his diagnosis with a stem cell transplant and lived on to become a man who has a passion for fast cars, TuPac, tech gadgets, the gym and Kobe. He also has a caring side as an LVN wound care nurse where he loved taking care of others and was great at what he did.

As of 2016, he was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (head and Neck cancer) and underwent 2 major surgeries and 2 rounds of radiation to beat it. At the age of 30, he's endured so much but has always shown us he's a fighter and still hasn't given up the fight.

As he nears his final battle with cancer, he has expressed his wishes to be home. In order for us to provide the support that he needs, we would appreciate any small donation to make his final days memorable.
