Strength in Unity: Support Keith's Cancer Journey!

Donation protected
Let me tell you a little story about the Greene's. You see, Keith Greene appeared in our lives when I was just a little girl. He fell in love with my mom's best friend, Alicia. Before we knew it (I mean, we were little, so what did we know, LOL) we were at their wedding. Keith and Alicia continued to grow even closer to our family and truly living up to being what best friends should be to my parents. Through thick and thin! They've been through it all.

I had the honor of growing up with Alicia's daughter, Stacy. As she, my siblings and even my cousins grew up together sharing in our times of ups and downs. When we started introducing kids into the mix, our kids became the best of friends, too! Seth (my son) and Brayden (Stacy's son, Keith and Alicia's grandson) spend so much time together that I jokingly call Keith and Alicia co-parents to Seth because he spends so much time with Brayden with them. Even my cousin Amanda's boy (Carter) is part of that group along with Keith's own son, Eric, with his son Cameron (Keith's grandson). All those boys being nearly the same age have created the perfect little boy (um, teens) group (insert teenager sigh here). Hahaha. Keith and Alicia would do anything for all those teen boys. Trips, late night snacks, it's like an endless party. But they happily endure it to see all the smiles and camaraderie that follows. Something Keith and Alicia share with my parents to this day!

You guys, the love that comes from that family is truly amazing and I don't know what my parent's life, my life or even Seth's life would be without them.

Now here's why I've brought you here today. A few years back, Keith fought (and WON) his battle with cancer. It was tough to see them go through that. He was strong and came out the winner in the end. Fast forward to 2023, Alicia battled with a sickness that required a liver transplant. Yet another battle this amazing family had to go through. She was able to get a transplant and is currently doing pretty good. But here's the kicker. Now that she is on the mend, Keith got sick. It seems cancer wants another shot at him.

We know he's strong, but this is a lot for one little family to go through months apart from one medical event to another. They would never ask for help. My mom wanted to do something to help them out, but she didn't know where to start. So, I tearfully put this together to ask you for your help. Do you have it in your heart to help us help this family through their tough time? Your donation would help with medical bills and everyday essentials to keep them all going strong.

So, please. If you have $1 to spare. We would greatly appreciate it. I know my goal is far-fetching, but I hope to reach it will all that I can in order to help this family ... these second parents/grandparents to my Seth ... these wonderful people out. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

NOTE: They are currently unaware of my attempt at this.
