But now we are able to move forward, -DEPART FROM IT- has been offered a distribution deal.

Now, we just need to shoot the darn thing.

How did we get here? Well, I wasn't a crowdfunding person, honestly. I didn't want to come off as begging. And when people see you on television they have this idea that you’re swimming in money so I kinda was nervous of the backlash that I would receive from false narratives. BUT- A dope fan of a series I’m on came on my Twitter & reminded me that I have some supporters that would love to support me, especially during this STRIKING time. ( thank you. ) So, here I am up at 3am PST, believing in my work. And With your help, I could go into Pre Production.

-DEPART FROM IT- Drama / Faith Based film that comes from the scripture Proverbs 22:6. A story that goes into the life of Alexes Mows. An old's friend's death forces now escort & drug carrier Alexes Mows to go back to her hometown and face her past that she has tried so desperately to leave behind. But when secret demons catch up with her, she must make a decision between life, and death. And yes, I am so excited to be playing the role of Alexes Mows!

In 2011, I wrote and put on -DEPART FROM IT- as a stage production. Our Fri-Sun...each show was sold out. ( Promo made 2015 )

I know the updated feature screenplay will also touch souls.

I currently have an investor on board. But we need more help to begin Pre Production. I am determined to pay fairly the cast & crew for their services. So, simply put...to shoot this film the way we want it, WHERE we want it, with WHOM we want it, we need the funds.

10- 12 day Shooting

Pre Production / Production - Permits, Insurance, SAG must do's, Rehearsal Space, Audition Space, Deposits / And full payments to cast & crew ( DP, Sound Engineer, Wardrobe Stylist, Hair Stylist, Director, AD, Script Supervisor, PA's, etc. Crafty, Wardrobe items, Props, Locations, Film Equipment rentals, Travel & Lodging for out of town cast.
