Thank you for your donations! Please keep praying and giving. I hope you will continue to support me with some of the balance of the moving expenses I still have as well as helping me to pay for home help me with daily nursing and personal care assistance until my insurance kicks in. I'm so crazy tired from the move but I made it. But loving you and being loved by you has been my very heart. Here is an example of the home care.

First of all, this is not a scam as some have said. Many know me through fundraisers, magazines (Ebony,Jet, Essence) and on the WFLA news. My stomping place and my darlings were in SF, but I've been sharing love across the US. This what I looked like before with my friend Sheila Ash. Very different.

I just feel like crap sometimes and want to curse when my legs get tangled up and I nearly do face plants on the floor. Always dropping stuff. I'm a chaplain. But hey. I just pray. This the kind of home and nursing assistance I will receive.

On 9/2021 and 1/2022 I had 2 strokes from a certain disease of the brain. On July 14, Advent indicated another stroke. On July 27 at Bayonet Point, I went into double cardiac arrests 10 minutes from each other. I have moved to an independent living community with nurses and home assistance. Moving will be close to USF Neurosurgery for carotid surgery. Cardiovascular mitral valve and possible pacemaker at HCA Heart Institute.

But you know? I still laugh and joke. My new neighbors are nice. They invite me for pie and coffee. They check on me. And I go over for coffee visit if I'm not on the couch. Some days I am sad. But I'm on a walker and my little dog and I go walking when we can.
