Stronger Together For Ella The Brave

Hello family and friends,

With their permission, I have started this go fund me account for my lifelong best friend Michelle, her husband Adam and their children, Mason, Hudson and Ella.

As many of you already know, Michelle and Adam’s youngest, Ella (4 years old), was unexpectedly admitted to Sick Kids Hospital two weeks ago. She underwent emergency surgery to have a very large tumour removed from her abdomen as well as one of her kidneys. She is one tough cookie and is recovering well from surgery.

Ella has since been diagnosed with Clear Cell Sarcoma Cancer and will soon undergo a very aggressive daily cancer treatment at Sick Kids Hospital, for approximately 36 weeks. The doctors are optimistic and so are we. Ella is a very strong little girl, likely due to having two older brothers. She loves gymnastics, unicorns, having her nails painted and spending time with her friends. Ella's smile lights up every room that she enters. She is a four year old cheeky force to be reckoned with.

Due to the urgent start time for treatment, there will be a waiting period for the family to get into the Ronald McDonald House. This means that Adam and Michelle will need to pay for a hotel close to the hospital until that time. As well as for their food, parking, gas and every other daily expense that comes along with being in downtown Toronto.

At the very least, we are hoping to raise enough to alleviate some of Adam and Michelle’s financial worries, so they can focus on Ella's treatment and keep Mason and Hudson's daily life as normal as possible.
