Donation protected
My name is Frank Reaves and I'm running for re-election to the Mayor's office for the Town of Culpeper. I am deeply committed to the people of Culpeper. Born and raised here, I have spent my entire life in this community, witnessing its growth and evolution firsthand. My roots run deep—my wife of 54 years, our son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter are all part of the fabric of this town.
With a lifelong career in the public sector, I have dedicated myself to working with people from all walks of life. My passion lies in advocating for our residents, fostering collaboration among government departments, and working alongside fellow council members to enhance the quality of life in Culpeper. I understand the needs of our diverse community and am committed to ensuring that our town remains a beautiful, historic, and thriving place for generations to come.
During my first campaign for Mayor, I made a promise—to always put the people of Culpeper first. I have honored that promise by prioritizing the interests of our residents, working closely with local officials and town staff to keep what’s working and identify areas for opportunity. Culpeper is the vibrant community it is today because of its people, and I will continue to champion initiatives that support their well-being and prosperity.
I recognize that leadership is not a solo effort. Real progress happens through collaboration—with the Town Council, dedicated staff, and engaged residents. Building and maintaining strong relationships is key to moving Culpeper forward, and I am committed to working alongside everyone who shares a vision for a better future.
Culpeper is my home, my heart, and my lifelong passion. From my first historic election to today, my mission remains unchanged: to serve, uplift, and prioritize the people of this town. I am honored to continue this journey and dedicated to keeping Culpeper strong.
