Stronger Together - Support the Speas Family

Dear friends and family, these past two years have put an enormous strain on our family. We are asking for help to lessen the financial burden and just give us a little hope that things will start looking up in the new year.
After a long battle with Pancreatic cancer, Robin Speas, my aunt was laid to rest in September 2022. She will be remembered as the strong, resilient, and spiritual lady, whom took life by its reins and enjoyed every last bit. She will be greatly missed. ❤️ She left behind Loraya Speas, my cousin, whom I’ll be taking legal guardianship of. It’s been extremely hard trying to play the role of cousin, friend, and “mom.” She misses her momma, more than anyone will ever come to know.
My mom, Rana Speas, is still battling pancreatic cancer with an outcome that doesn’t look very promising. We’ve contacted Mayo Clinic. We are hoping they have some answers and possible treatments that could prolong life a little more. I hope she’s around to see me get married. She’s the best mom I could ever ask for. She’s incredibly selfless and never one to ask for help.
My grandma, Ann, has been the glue holding all of us together. She’s dealing with legality’s with Robin’s estate, selling the home, lawyer fees. Etc. She raised all of us. She’s by far the strongest woman I’ve ever met. I know if I was able to release some financial strain, a lot of her stress would be lifted.
I, on the other hand, have gone down to three days a week at work to help around the house, be of some emotional support for my mom while she’s dealing with this. As well as being around for Loraya to lean on.
The funds will be used for Loraya’s academic development, whether that be extracurricular activities, or college. My mom’s medical bills that were not paid through her insurance. To help my grandma with rent and any other bills that may need to be paid. And for me, a peace of mind that everything is going to be okay.
We are so grateful for all of the continued thoughts and prayers. I know times are tough, but we are thankful for any assistance. ❤️
