Struck by car and unresponsive in ICU

This is Michael Bomberger; he's thirty-three years old.

Mike loves to be outside, is an amateur photographer, an aspiring model, and a scooter enthusiast

He is a much-beloved brother, son, cousin, and friend

Mike is a wonderful person.

He is kind, and he has lived his life in full pursuit of his authenticity with an absolute zest for life.

We are asking for any help you are willing to give.

Today Michael Ray Bomberger was hit while riding his scooter in the Denver Metro area, simply crossing the road.. He is in critical condition and unresponsive at this time.

We are still unsure of the extent of his injuries as testing and MRI scans continue.

Currently, he is unresponsive with internal bleeding in organs and his brain, so many broken bones it's impossible to list, and a potential spinal injury.

We remain hopeful.

Mike is strong, and he always has been.

He never rode without his helmet, knee, and elbow pads... He was adamant about always having all safety equipment on every ride... He was admitted with all his gear still on; he had done everything right to remain safe.

Any help you are willing to give is so greatly appreciated; no person ever hopes this day will come.. And we are so thankful for our community and thankful for every person who took the time to read this.
