Structural integrity Fund

We bought an abandoned house after being scammed out of our home by a real estate agent in 2017. Since then we’ve been slowly fixing it up. When we moved in the siding had been ripped off the electrical stripped, the plumbing stolen, there were holes in the roof, pretty much everything needed to be fixed. We’ve spent the last few years working on the inside but the outside has been paying the price because of that. Scrappers took the bulk of the siding off, leaving the corners of the house exposed to the elements for a few years before we moved in and have been exposed since we moved in. The wood is now rotting threatening the structural integrity of our home. We contacted a company that can come out and do the work to repair and replace the wood, which must be done before we can have it sided. The cost of those repairs will be $4,000.
