Struggling 4 Week Old Baby Lamb

Hi, my name is Robyn and I was asked to try to help our new baby lamb, Pippy, who is struggling because her mom cannot feed her due to lack of milk supply. Hence, the baby has to be hand fed by me. Unfortunately, we are not sure why but she is really struggling to survive.
