Struggling to Pay Tuition: Help Me Continue My Studies!

Hello, this is Pau! I am a 22-year-old international student from Peru, currently studying Graphic Design at Dawson College. I began my studies in August 2023, and I have two more years to go before I can achieve my dream of becoming a professional graphic designer! However, the international tuition is incredibly high at $9,333 per semester, and I am now facing a financial crisis :(

Initially, I believed I could manage my tuition fees by working while studying. Unfortunately, the demanding course load, consisting of 10 to 11 courses each semester, leaves me with little time to work enough hours to cover the substantial tuition costs.

I aimed to reduce my financial burden by applying for the International Fees Exemption scholarship. Despite meeting all the criteria and earning a spot on the Honour List due to my grades, an issue with the application process prevented my application from being considered. I applied online but was unaware that I needed to download the form and send it to the Dawson International Department. This crucial step was never mentioned, and as a result, my application was not forwarded to the federation for consideration.

With this unexpected setback, I am now urgently seeking funds to cover my tuition for this semester. This financial support will not only allow me to continue my education but also give me another chance to apply for the scholarship in February!
