Struggling trying to save our car

Hello everyone thank you for taken the time to read this ! I’ll give some detail about what’s going on with me and my family ! Back in February of 2021 I found out that I was pregnant I went to my doctors for what was to be the first ultrasound well I attended that appointment but to find out there was no actual baby that it was a tumor growing . I had to keep going to the doctors for blood draws , found out I needed to have surgery done to take a biopsy of the tumor I had the procedure March 26th,2021 at the University Of Washington that’s in Seattle Washington, they told me at the time of the procedure they said the tissue is going to be sent out for a biopsy to see if It will come in positive for uterine cancer . Well I got that phone call in April 26th I got the phone call saying it was indeed positive for uterine cancer , I cried so much . I was working this whole time always passing out at work . Having heavy bleeding having to leave early . Well I just kept getting these symptoms for me having to go back to the university of Washington medical center , I was just recently diagnosed with autoimmune disease , Graves’ disease , and uterine cancer . I still have to go Seattle every other week for lab work . This Wednesday November 24th I’ll be discussing starting chemotherapy ! I also have 4 young children my oldest is 8 my 4 year old son is fully disabled he’s level 3 autistic non verbal . So my Car is everything that’s our only means of transportation to get all of us to our doctor appointment, grocery shopping everything !!! I just recently started work again after all this chaos and I’m not making to nearly what I was when I first got the car loan I’m currently behind 2 carpayments that puts me at a grand total of 1,030.00 for my car loan . My car is about to get Re-Po’ed. I’m asking for help please my car is everything to us . I didn’t know I would have all these health conditions I have also contacted local churches , organizations , everything no one will help .. anything helps even a simple Share please help my family .
