Stu and Dan run to help 1st Elvington Scouts!

Donation protected
Can you help us make a difference?  As two run-loving dads, we've decided that in a bid to raise some vital funds for 1st Elvington Scouts, we'll run the whole 109 miles of the Cleveland Way, from beautiful Helmsley to Filey Brigg over the weekend of May 21st - 23rd.

The Cleveland Way opened in 1969 after nearly 16 years’ work, becoming England’s second official long-distance path.

The total ascent gained along the way is 5,562m, equating to climbing Ben Nevis four times from sea level!

We are  raising money in aid of 1st ELVINGTON SCOUT GROUP and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to our cause, it means so much us.

Since lockdown last year, 1st Elvington Scouts have worked hard to upgrade the grounds, to ensure it’s safe for the children - including our own - at their outside meetings. However, our scout hut was converted nearly 30 years ago and is in desperate need of repair.

The group is now trying to raise funds for the building works, upgrades to the toilets and improve the  front access. We want to help protect the future of the hut and ultimately to make it secure and accessible to all.

If you could support us with a donation large or small, we'd be super grateful!
