Stuck in Lockdown Peru & Need Help

Hello friends.   As all of you know, God allows me to help needy kids and teens around the world through my charity Orphan Frontier. I came down here to Lima, Peru earlier this year to assist a church that does great work helping the youth in their community. I have been living and ministering in an area of Lima called Callao, which is a very dangerous neighborhood. While I have been here I have experienced two shootings in front of me, but the need of the kids and people gives me a joy to serve them despite the dangerous risks.

I am saddened to have to ask for help to leave Peru.  Back on March 15th the government without any forewarning lockdown the whole nation.  Finally on March 31st the Embassy contacted me and said that they have registered me for an evaluation flight. What date? They haven't given me one yet.

I also have been told by the Embassy that the USA government requires all evacuees to reimburse the government for the rescue. They won't tell me the cost. 

I am sincerely seeking assistance to get me a way back home in the United States. I am saddened to have to leave Peru but each day I am at greater risks staying here. If you could help I sure would be so appreciative.
